The section "Informations complémentaires" is in case you have comments for the tax authorities, but also if you have had other exempt income or income taxed in a foreign country.

There are 3 forms about:
  • Other Exempt Income and Income Taxed at Source under the Federal Act on Undeclared Work (if applicable) in "Autres revenus exonérés et revenus imposés à la source dans le cadre de la loi fédérale sur le travail au noir (LTN)"
  • Foreign Taxable Income and Pensions (if applicable) in "Revenus d’activités lucratives et rentes imposables dans un autre État"
  • Comments for the Tax Authorities (if applicable) in "Informations complémentaires à l'attention de l'autorité de taxation"
